It is effective in curing speech impairment caused due to secondary reasons. However it has no effect on speech impairment due to some congenital defects of tongue.
Dosage: 1g to be massaged with the finger inside the mouth in the morning and at night and 10 minutes there after 4 to 5 almonds be chewed.
