Delhvi Rheuma Capsules is an Unani medication which is a safe herbal anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic formulation. It inhibits prostaglandlin synthesis, reduces tenderness of joints, relieves pain, swelling and stiffness fast without G.I. side effects. A herbal NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug). Rheuma is safe for prolonged use.

- Smilax china (Chobchini) (75 mg)
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) (75 mg)
- Colchicum luteum (Suranjan Metha) (100 mg)
Precautions of Dehlvi Rheuma Capsules
- Maintain a balanced diet
- Lose excess weight if you are overweight (obesity can worsen arthritis) and exercise three to four times a week.
- A good diet includes choices from each of five different groups of foods, which are breads and cereals, fruits and vegetables, fats and oils, poultry, oily fish, lean meats or dried beans, and low-fat milk, cheese and yogurt.
- Foods high in cholesterol, fats and sugar should be avoided.
- Stay away from takeaway foods and bakery items.
- Salt, smoking and alcohol also should be avoided.
- Warm and hot baths promote the healing of inflammation.
- Swimming is also advised.
