Hamdard Misali Tablet is an Unani herbal preparation. It is used for male sexual debilitative problems. Misali addresses the problem of night ejaculation and spermatorrhoea. It thickens the seminal fluid and improves sperm fluidity. Sedating the prostate gland, it increases the power of retention.

Dosage of Misali Tablet
- 1 tablet is to be taken with water or milk before breakfast or three hours after dinner.
- In severe conditions 2 tablets as directed above or as prescribed by the physician.
- Sour as well as rich diet is to be avoided.
