Dehlvi Regulate Capsule is primary useful to women with problems of menstrual.Women’s health is considered to be the one concerned with family, society and culture. Any disorder in her, either physical or mental, disturbs her normal menstrual cycle. This may lead to impairment in the function of producing progeny. Females begin normal menstruation by the age of 16, out of them some fail to have their first menstrual cycle by this age in the face of normal secondary sexual characteristics or by the age of 14 in the absence of secondary sexual characteristics. This condition in known as primary amenorrhoea. Secondary amenorrhoea is the absence of menses for 6 months in a women who was menstruating normally before, or in a women with oligomenorrhea for 3 consecutive cycles.

देहलवी रेगुलेट कैप्सूल मासिक धर्म की समस्याओं वाली महिलाओं के लिए प्राथमिक उपयोगी है। परिवार, समाज और संस्कृति से संबंधित माना जाता है। उसका कोई भी विकार, या तो शारीरिक या मानसिक, उसके सामान्य मासिक धर्म को परेशान करता है। इससे संतान पैदा करने के कार्य में हानि हो सकती है। मादाएं 16 वर्ष की उम्र तक सामान्य मासिक धर्म शुरू कर देती हैं, उनमें से कुछ इस उम्र तक अपना पहला मासिक धर्म सामान्य माध्यमिक यौन विशेषताओं के अभाव में या 14 वर्ष की आयु तक माध्यमिक यौन विशेषताओं के अभाव में विफल हो जाते हैं। इस स्थिति को प्राथमिक अमेनोरिया के रूप में जाना जाता है। माध्यमिक एमेनोरिया 6 महीने तक उन महिलाओं में मासिक धर्म की अनुपस्थिति है जो पहले सामान्य रूप से मासिक धर्म में थी, या लगातार 3 चक्रों के लिए ओलिगोमेनोरिया वाली महिलाओं में।
